Has MMM Nigeria Crashed? All You Need to Know About MMM

Has MMM crashed in Nigeria?
That was the question buzzing around social media for the past few days. Vision Techonline gathered that Coming after MMM Zimbabwe allegedly crashed, the reports flying around is about a purported folding up of MMM Nigeria in Lagos, which have sent participants of the scheme into an early panic.

Many media watchers have been in anticipation of an imminent crash of MMM Nigeria but instead of this, the scheme keeps waxing stronger. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have sent strong warnings but participants of the scheme keep testifying of its success, even on YouTube!

So, What Exactly is MMM Nigeria
MMM is an acronym for Mavrodi Mondia Movement. It is a Financial social network community of ordinary people like you and me, who decide to come together to willingly from our heart, help each other to become financially free. We do this by freely Giving out or Donating our spare money to each other directly on the basis of TRUST and BENEVOLENCE. Believe me, the system is intelligent enough to detect any dishonesty among members. So, when you make a Donation, you get rewarded with 30% or more 'interest' of whatever amount you Donated just within a month.

So, what’s next? Is MMM Nigeria safe to invest in? Is MMM a Ponzi Scheme? Is MMM a Scam? Is it an HYIP?

Is MMM Nigeria Really a Scam?
Whatever you think and say (or write) may not really have an influence on some positive minds. Risk bearers and participants are optimistic. I think there are very few people on earth who break through and these are people who see the positive side of things. The truth is, they are the winners.

Admit it or not, you have lost a huge amount in the past on some flashy offers. Now you are scared. Of course, it’s said, “Once bitten, twice shy “. You failed in the past? Yes, but does it mean you should retreat? Brave soldiers don't surrender after failing in a battle. The war continues...

I have done some research and the results are big enough to melt my fears away. The MMM Nigeria community is growing so rapidly and has currently hit over one (1) million participants in Nigeria. It is already established in 118 countries with over 200 Million participants worldwide and I’m not one of those to sit back and not take action.

Many of those who rightly have doubts about MMM or say that MMM is a scam end up participating, and by the time they take their decisions to a positive change, they won’t come back to you. They are just moving on and you are stagnant.

Is MMM Legal?
MMM is absolutely legal and does not break any laws. Because there are only money transfers between private persons and nothing more. It is impossible to forbid MMM. The same way it is impossible to forbid people to manage their own money the way they like. Thus, they need to forbid the whole private property institution. So, everything is absolutely clear with the lawfulness. There are no violations and there won't be!

How MMM Nigeria Works
You know about the popular word ‘Contribution’ where people contribute money to one person and there’s a book where everyone’s name is written. When it gets to your turn; everybody’s money is given to you?

In MMM, participants make pledges to donate their spare money to members who need the money. They do so by logging into their MMM account (Personal office) to make the pledge, and join the queue of people who made pledges.
Participants ONLY make pledges. They don’t gather pledges to give to one person.

VERY IMPORTANT!

There is no central account, where all the money in the system flows to and where it can be easily stolen from. All the money is only on the bank accounts of the participants themselves! On a lot of thousands and millions private accounts. Participants transfer to each other directly, without intermediaries! (What are they for???) In fact, MMM only regulates the process — nothing more.
So, the System completely belongs to people. No kidding! It is a real mutual aid fund where ordinary people help each other.

Now, if a member of the community who has already made a pledge to provide financial help to another member and has fulfilled his pledge now needs help, he does that by logging into his MMM account (Personal Office) to make the request. The system connects him with another participant in the queue for providing help, who will be assigned to pay him 30% of the donation he provided + the donated money itself.

When it is your turn in the queue to provide help, login to your Personal Office and receive the details of the person to provide financial help to. As soon as you pay the money directly into the person’s bank account, who needs that financial help and that person acknowledges he has received the money, you are now qualified to receive help.

Components of MMM Nigeria
Basically, there are 3 components that make up MMM
  •         Provide help
  •         Get help
  •         The program Software
A provider of help is someone who has pledged to give financial help in the community. He or she can also be a receiver of help when he or she has extended a financial helping hand to someone in the community.
A receiver of help is a member or participant who has already extended a helping hand or provided help, thus is qualified to receive help from the community.
The Program Software controls the activities of the provider of help and the receiver of help. All donations are done peer to peer.

How can I participate and benefit financially in MMM?
Like I said earlier MMM is donation exchange network. If you had previous knowledge of mutual aid society, you will understand that mutual aid society is a community where people give financial help and receive financial help back. Once you join MMM, the more financial help you give, the more financial help you get in return.

30% Increase? Where Does It Comes From?
MMM offers its participants 30% growth rate per month for each and every donation they make in the system.
For example, if you donate 1000 Naira, after 30 days you will receive 1300 Naira as financial help from another participant in the community. 5000 Naira gives you 6500 Naira. 100,000 Naira gives you 130,000 Naira. So basically, the percentage grows by 1 % daily or 30 % month.
The basic calculation is Donated Amount X 1.30 = Expected Amount after 30 days.

How does MMM generate 30% to pay participants? This is a question that can never stop being asked.

Assuming that 100 donations came in from 100 participants at 2,000 Naira each, this sums up to 200,000 Naira.
In order for the 100 donations to be paid their 30%, this means that 60,000 Naira (30% of 200,000 Naira) extra donations must come in.

The BIG QUESTION is then how? The 60,000 Naira would come in through Regular GH and re-PH from the 100 donations done by the participants.

Here is the maths:
50 participants GH all their earnings + Principal donation = 130,000 Naira.
Total left over PH balance = 70,000 Naira.
The remaining 50 then needs 60,000 Naira to get their own 130,000 Naira paid too.
The first 50 participants paid 130,000 Naira then re-PH back their 100,000naira (maybe keeping back their total profit of 30,000 Naira). That then adds up to the 70,000 Naira available to pay the 50 participants left (130,000naira). So, the cycle continues on and on for as long as the principle of Regular GH and re-PH remains.
This is just d same Principle Banks work with. That is why it is possible for just a deposit to serve 10 – 20 withdrawals. And they pay you little interests for using your money to keep the redistribution process going.

There is no interest rate in MMM. After you have donated your money, you will be rewarded with mavro, an index of your tribute to the development of the Community. This index grows 30% a month. The amount of mavro and its growth rate can be adjusted at any moment to balance PH (Providing Help) and GH (Getting Help).

This is why MMM cannot collapse due to a weak inflow of donations. If the inflow of donations decreases, the amount of mavro will be adjusted, but the main important thing is that the process of donation exchange will not stop. It makes MMM stronger than the financial organizations. Financial organizations have obligations, if they do not meet them, they will go bankrupt. MMM is very flexible.

Registration Bonus
When registering in the system, you get from $20 to $100 as a present. But not everyone, only those who have contributed their own money as well. (Otherwise the System will be pulled apart. For bonuses. They will keep registering endlessly).

  • ·        $20 — if you have contributed from $50 to $499. Frozen for two weeks. If you take it out earlier — you will lose twenty.
  • ·        $50 — if you have contributed from $500 to $2'999. Frozen for a month.
  • ·        $100 — $3'000 and above. Also, frozen for a month.

Once again about “freezing”. Bear in mind that if you take your money out earlier, you'll lose registration bonus. Only the bonus! But the contribution with all the accrued interest will be paid.
Each participant is allowed to have only one account.

Referral Bonus

You get 10% from all deposits of the participant you invited. Inviting new members into the Community is your additional contribution to its development. But nobody force the members of the Community to invite new participants. But at the same time, understanding that the MMM network can’t exist without development and participants’ encouragement in the form of referral bonuses motivate many people to take an active position.

Guider’s Bonus
Guiders of MMM Community can create their own multi-level structures and get a bonus from each donation of every participant in their structures. This is a multi-level bonus; thus, a guider can have his own leader whose rank is higher. Guider’s bonus depends on his level in the Community:

For example, if you are Ronald’s guider, Ronald is Maricel’s guider and Maricel is Joseph’s, you will get 5% from Ronald’s donation, 3% from Maricel’s donation and 1% from Joseph’s. If someone will be under Joseph, you will get from him 0.5% and so on.
Guider’s bonuses are credited in the same way as referral, but only from new money deposited and will be available to withdraw after confirmation of your help provided.
